F-Type Project 72016

The Project 7 is a limited-edition sports car from Jaguar Land Rover's Special Vehicle Operations. First shown as a concept at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed, its name honours Jaguar's seven Le Mans victories between 1951 and 1990.

Based on the F-Type, it wears a more aggressive barchetta body with an open cockpit and a fairing behind the driver that recalls the Le Mans-winning D-Type. The supercharged 5.0-litre V8 produces 575 hp, enough for 0–60 mph in 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 186 mph.

Only 250 were built worldwide. Despite its track-inspired brief, the cabin is finished in fine leather and carbon fibre, with a Meridian sound system and modern driver assistance.
